Brackman Joins NCGA Marketing Team (10-31-05)

Tim Brackman has joined the National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) as director of development. His key responsibilities include developing contacts with industry and securing project funding for NCGA initiatives.

"This is an exciting opportunity for me, and I look forward to working with NCGA growers and staff to advance the organization's goals," said Brackman. "I have a lot of experience in the agricultural sector and I am anxious to apply that experience to the world of corn."

Most recently, Brackman was with the American Soybean Association, where he was director of corporate and public relations for 16 years.

"I am pleased that Tim Brackman has joined the NCGA marketing team as our new director of development," said Fred Stemme, NCGA vice president of marketing. "In his new role with NCGA, he'll lead our development and industry relations functions, and oversee the work of leadership, membership and state services. We're excited about his contacts with many of our current industry partners and previous experience with Commodity Classic that Tim brings to the NCGA team."
