Farmers
Reach for New Limits With the Commodity Classic Experience (12-8-04)
The Commodity Classic experience will provide corn and soybean
farmers with an opportunity to “reach for new limits,”
in Austin, Texas, Feb. 24-26, 2005. Commodity Classic is an annual
event that makes it possible for growers to reap the benefits of
top-notch educational seminars and a highly praised trade show.
The Commodity Classic experience offers lasting benefits for a farmer’s
business operation and bottom line.
Commodity Classic is the convention and trade show presented by
the American Soybean Association (ASA) and the National Corn Growers
Association (NCGA).
NCGA President Leon Corzine said, “Commodity
Classic is unmatched in its educational offerings. With workshops
where growers can earn CEU credits and one of agriculture’s
best trade shows, you can expect to take away a wealth of information
that can help you be more profitable in your farming operation.”
“Commodity Classic is an opportunity for farmers
to learn from industry experts, ask questions, see new technology
and products, and network with other growers from around the country,”
said Neal Bredehoeft, ASA President. “It’s an experience
that’s well worth the time and investment.”
In addition to the seminars and trade show, the
Commodity Classic General Session will feature a panel of experts
in a discussion titled, “Growing America’s Future.”
The General Session also includes a presentation by Olympic skier
and motivational speaker Vince Poscente.
The 2005 Commodity Classic will wrap up on Feb.
26, with an “Evening of Entertainment” featuring the
well-known and award-winning country music group Restless Heart.
