Responsibility for Content at other Web Sites

NCGA provides links to external web sites as a convenience to members and other users of its Web Site. By establishing a Web link with any external organization, linkage does NOT necessarily constitutes endorsement or support by NCGA of any such entity. Moreover, NCGA cannot assume responsibility for material posted at other Web Sites.

Linking to NCGA Web Site

NCGA accepts links to our sites as a resource to the Internet user community. However, NCGA reserves the right to reject any request for an external link and to request that any link be removed. In establishing an external link to the NCGA site, the NCGA requires that:

• The organization’s policies do not conflict with the philosophy, objectives or mission of the National Corn Growers Association
• The organization’s site is not deemed inappropriate by NCGA.

The dynamics of the Internet allow for infinite links from one Web site to another without a site host being aware of the link from another site. Therefore, NCGA cannot be responsible for content on any Web site connected via hyperlink to the NCGA Web site. Upon request, however, NCGA will investigate links to its Web site and attempt to determine if they are inappropriate or contrary to NCGA's objectives and mission. In such a case, NCGA will attempt to have the link removed.
