Who We Are
Founded in 1957, the National Corn Growers Association represents 42,000 dues-paying corn farmers nationwide and the interests of more than 300,000 growers who contribute through corn checkoff programs in their states. NCGA and its 48 affiliated state organizations work together to create and increase opportunities for corn growers.
The Mission of the National Corn Growers Association is to create and increase opportunities for corn growers.
In 2020, NCGA will remain the preeminent voice representing the needs of the nation’s corn growers. We will maximize opportunities for the corn industry to meet growing domestic and global market demand while increasing corn farmers’ environmental and economic sustainability. At the same time, we will advocate for policies that retain viable risk management tools, encourage science-based regulations, foster a positive public perception of production agriculture and create additional opportunities to expand the uses and efficiencies of corn.
