Anthony Bush, a corn grower near Mt. Gilead, Ohio, serves on the Corn Board of the National Corn Growers Association, a farmer-led trade association with offices in St. Louis and Washington.
Bush farms 1,450 acres of corn, soybeans and wheat at the eastern edge of the Corn Belt in central Ohio, where he resides with his wife, Teresa.
At NCGA, Bush serves as Corn Board liaison to the Stewardship Action Team and as Commodity Classic Co-Chair for 2021. In March of 2018, he will begin his term of service in that role as a member of the Commodity Classic Joint Venture Committee.
Previously, he has chaired NCGA’s Finance Committee and served as board liaison to the Public Policy Action Team, which he also previously chaired. Bush has served as vice president of the Ohio Corn and Wheat Growers Association. He is also a graduate of NCGA’s Advanced Leadership Academy, which is co-sponsored by Syngenta.
